A standard coffee in any Parisian café is served espresso-style, strong, black and in a “mini-cup”.
Now picture a business lunch with 4 grown men in suits and myself, having an after lunch coffee in those mini-cups which oblige you to hold the mini-handles using only 2 to 3 fingers.
Sipping coffee in that extremely serious business lunch this afternoon, I was reminded of those many many afternoon tea parties (a long long time ago!) with teddy, big floppy Kermit the frog and this mud-brown stuffed dog with only 1 eye.
The only difference? The mini-coffee cups today were ceramic and not plastic!
